During the production process, Sealed Nozzle Heaters are hermetically sealed for liquid plastic. A unique fitting constructed of 1 mm thick brass or stainless steel, without welding, protects the connection between the heating element and the leads, enabling a high mechanical strength in the heater's most delicate location.
